Every Pet Is Treated With Love

A. We move pets by air it is the safest fastest and least stressful way to move pets. Many ground pet transportation services take a large number of pets on each trip which adds to more time on the road with many stops along the way. We provide ground services when air transport is not an option. Our ground services are handled on a client by client basis one at at time to ensure the shortest travel time possible.

A. Yes, pet transport costs are considered a moving expense.

A. We recommend getting the pet crate ahead of your move to allow your pet time to get accustomed to it.

A. NO! The airlines do not accept sedated Pets. There are over the counter products available. We suggest trying them several times ahead of travel to see how your Pet reacts to them.

A. The majority of Pets that we move are for those who are relocating. Internationally we ship many Puppies, Kittens etc. for many breeders. Domestically Pet transport services rarely seem to fit into the budget of a Pet purchase. Please see our Pet Scam Warning – if you are adopting a Pet.

It depends on how far you are traveling. Auto travel with a pet for short distances is fine and also necessary for certain snub-nosed breeds as well as summer travel from some cities. However, most of the time, air travel is preferred because it is much quicker and safer. It is also necessary if you are traveling over a body of water as there are very few options for pet friendly ships.

The cargo department is temperature controlled and pressurized just like the cabin of the aircraft.

A. All types of animals are shipped internationally every day. Depending on your pet, there may be special shipping requirements. Contact us, and we can tell you what is required.

A. Many countries require that your pet have tests well in advance of entering the country. We will be discussing this with you at the beginning of the process to ensure that all requirements are met.
